Hugh Gallagher
Director of Client Development

Hugh Gallagher has been with Cambridge Search since its founding in 2000. He currently serves as the Director of Client Development and his search practice is focused on the placement of professional in the sales and marketing fields. Hugh has personally managed the national sales expansion of a division of a Fortune 50 client and has successfully completed searches in all 50 states. In 2007, Hugh partnered with a Fortune 300 client to assist in their regional expansion in the Lehigh Valley area. Hugh serves as President of the Sales and Marketing Executives of the Greater Lehigh Valley and has been on their Board of Directors since 2005. He also serves on the Masterminds Committee of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. Hugh is a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from Gettysburg College. 

Betsy Warner, CPC
Director, Healthcare Recruitment

Betsy Warner joined Cambridge Search in 2001 and was responsible for the start-up of the permanent search healthcare division. For ten years prior to joining Cambridge Search, Betsy was with RJS Associates, a Search firm in Hartford, Connecticut. At RJS, Betsy was promoted to General Manager, managing up to fourteen Search Consultants. Betsy had also worked as an Education Consultant for The Special Education Resource Center in Connecticut. There she developed training programs and educational events for educators and families of children with disabilities.

Betsy focuses her recruitment efforts in the area of Healthcare Administration. Her clients are hospitals, home health and hospice providers, private physician practices, and long-term care facilities in Pennsylvania. Included among the dozens of searches she has completed are: Chief Operating Officer for a community hospital in Central, PA, President/CEO for a large Visiting Nurse Association, Director Materials Management and Director of Engineering and Construction for a large community teaching hospital, and Senior Director of Patient Business Services, Director of Patient Accounts, and Director of Reimbursement for a large healthcare system in the Lehigh Valley. Betsy’s clients are some of the most highly recognized healthcare providers in Pennsylvania.

Betsy is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is past Membership Chair of the Eastern Pennsylvania Healthcare Executive Network. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant and has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Amherst College.
