Our first step: We ask questions
- Is the job description accurate?
- Does the candidate need to be fully experienced to hit the ground running or will training occur?
- Will it be a productive challenge or will it overwhelm?
- Will the job lead to advancement, which requires the candidate to have additional qualification?
Then the search: We find the right candidate
- If the right candidate is not in our database we search utilizing modern recruitment techniques.
- We do initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- We do necessary testing - psychological and job skill.
- We check references, and do criminal checks. We will have 5-panel drug screen performed.
When we have a proper match, we make the introduction
Only after we are sure that the candidate meets all the criteria, has passed all the appropriate tests, and has satisfied our background checks, do we proceed with the introduction.
We stay involved throughout the entire process
We ensure that the process moves smoothly for our clients. We continuously follow up with clients and candidates to ensure that the candidate is positively the "right" person for the position and is receptive to the offer.
